You may arrange for the return of items by:
- On-site pickup: If you properly identify items, you may pick them up during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We require picture ID at time of pick up. Your representative may pick up items with proper identification and your verified permission.
- Federal Express: With your FedEx account, Customer Care can prepare items for shipment Monday - Friday before 5:30 p.m. (CST)
- U.S. Mail: Customer Care can return small items via U.S. Mail, if you forward a self-stamped mailing envelope/container to our mailing address.
Please note: Customer Care will hold items 30 days from the date of receipt.
