The Customer Care staff will secure all found items and make every effort to  locate owners.

You may arrange for the return of items by:

  • On-site pickup:   If you properly identify items, you may pick them up during operating hours, Monday through Friday, 4 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. or Saturday-Sunday 7:00 a.m.- 11:30 p.m. We require picture ID at time of pick up. Your representative may pick up items with proper identification and your verified permission.
  • Federal Express:   With your FedEx account, Customer Care can prepare items for shipment Monday - Friday before 5:30 p.m. (CST)
  • U.S. Mail:   Customer Care can return small items via U.S. Mail, if you forward a self-stamped mailing envelope/container to our mailing address.

Please note: Customer Care will hold items 30 days from the date of receipt.

What To Do If Your Item Was Left On A Plane

Each airline is responsible for items found on its planes. Please contact the airline directly to determine its lost and found policies and procedures.
