Customer Care Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 4:00 am-11:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am-11:30pm.

Customer Care is located on the second level of the terminal across from the River Bend restaurant and just past Gate 5 along the concourse.

A number of business services are available including:

• Faxing
• Copying
• Notary
• Paging
• Language Line

 A nominal fee will be assessed for most of these services.

Notice: Customer Care Representatives do not have access to passenger information.
