Squadron members are decked out in bright red vests with large "Ask Me" buttons on and are stationed throughout the terminal. If you need information regarding the airport or about our city and state, please feel free to contact one of our helpful, friendly volunteers.

The Airport Special Assistance Program (ASAP) provides one-on-one greeting and departure service for those who come from around the world and across the nation to take advantage of the world class medical treatments available in Little Rock.

Travel is often stressful especially when a person is not only ill but possibly visiting a city, even country, where they may not have ever been. The Airport Angels Squadron volunteers and airport Customer Care Representatives will meet the guest and help ensure that the trip through the airport is a smooth one.

ASAP is another customer service of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport where the goal is for every person who uses the facility to have an exemplary experience.

If you want to know more about ASAP or the volunteer program at the airport, email Shane Carter or call 501-537-7373.
