Commissioner Thomas Schueck has 42 years of experience in forming and managing companies that are involved in heavy construction.

Currently, he serves as chairman and CEO of Lexicon Management Group, which includes Schueck Steel, a company specializing in structural steel erection, millwright, plant maintenance and construction management. Other companies within the Lexicon family include: Custom Metals, a plate fabrication and HVAC company; Prospect Steel, a structural steel fabrication company; L-Con Constructors, a general contractor of heavy industrial, petro-chemical and power projects; L-Con Marine Fabricators, an offshore oil and gas platform fabrication and refurbishment company and Heritage Golf, a golf course construction company.
