Tom Clarke was named Director of Properties and Planning at Little Rock National Airport in April 2009.
He was previously Manager of Engineering and Planning at Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority.

- Tom has over 20 years of experience as a consulting engineer specializing in project management, building design and construction. Over the last nine years he has managed the design of two runways, numerous taxiways, a new cargo ramp and building, access roadway improvements, an Intermodal Parking Facility, a new GIS with interactive Airport Layout Plan, and an airport master plan including a seismic risk assessment. He also managed the relocation of the Tennessee Air National Guard 164th Airlift Wing to a new $245M base for C-5 aircraft at Memphis International Airport
