Kay Kelley Arnold is Vice Chair/Treasurer of the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission and Vice President of Public Affairs at Entergy. She is a licensed attorney and professional communicator. Prior to joining Entergy, Kay was the Director of the Department of Arkansas Heritage, consisting of six state agencies and was the founding Director of the Nature Conservancy's Arkansas Office.
